BIEDERMEIER GHOST CHAIR
The 200 year-old Biedermeier furniture was sourced from a local antique dealer in the city of Bolzano. Its upholstered cushion was safely removed and scanned using a high definition 3D scanner to create a file ready for CNC manufacturing. A resin block was cast and then milled to the exact form of the chair’s original upholstered seat to take its place.
